Every collaboration begins with
understanding what is at stake.

I work across non-profit initiatives, cultural institutions, and commercial partnerships, approaching each project as a process of alignment , between intention, context, and visual form. The work presented here reflects different fields of engagement, but a consistent commitment to clarity, depth, and meaningful impact.

SECTION 1.

NGOs & Non-Profit Initiatives

Design in service of urgency and collective responsibility.

I collaborate with NGOs and non-profit initiatives working across social, political, and environmental fields. These projects demand clarity, dignity, and strategic sensitivity.

When missions are driven by impact rather than profit, collaboration models are adapted accordingly – with flexible agreements, extended follow-up, and a long-term commitment to the cause.

SECTION 2.

Cultural Institutions & Festivals

Design as a medium of transmission.

Cultural institutions, festivals, and research initiatives require visual languages that respect context while remaining contemporary.

In these collaborations, design becomes a bridge – translating ideas, memory, and artistic intent into systems that communicate with clarity and depth.

SECTION 3.

Corporates Collaborations

Strategic design for enduring brands.

For corporate and commercial partners, I work beyond surface aesthetics. The focus is on positioning, coherence, and long-term evolution.

Each collaboration aims to build a visual system that strengthens identity, supports growth, and elevates the brand within its competitive landscape.

Different contexts, different stakes – but always the same commitment to depth and precision.

The work you see is the visible outcome of a process built on listening, alignment, and long-term thinking.

How Collaboration Unfolds

Every project begins with conversation , not assumptions.

We discuss your ambitions, the moment your organization is in, and why this is the right time to invest in its evolution. I then outline scope, timelines, and an estimated framework so expectations are clear from the beginning.

Once aligned, we formalize the collaboration and begin.

Before design appears, clarity must be built.

I study your context carefully , audience, positioning, history, competitors, cultural landscape, and long-term opportunities. This stage may involve interviews, research, or site visits when relevant.

At this point, we define not just how things should look , but what they should stand for.

With direction clearly defined, the visual system begins to take form.

I develop one or two refined concepts that express the agreed strategy. These are presented in context , across digital platforms, print materials, spatial applications, or products , so the identity is seen as a living system, not an isolated logo.

Where needed, I prepare usage guidelines to ensure long-term coherence. I also remain available during implementation , coordinating with developers, printers, or internal teams to maintain integrity across touchpoints.

By the end of the process what emerges is often more than an updated visual identity.

It is a clarified position, a strengthened narrative, and a system capable of evolving over time.

The goal is not simply to deliver design , but to create something that feels inevitable, coherent, and more precise than what either of us could have imagined at the beginning.

I measure success not by delivery, but by the long-term clarity and confidence the work generates.

If you are seeking a design partner, share a brief introduction to your initiative, and we can explore the next steps together.
